Alva’s Pragati 2026, widely recognised as India’s largest placement drive, concluded on the evening of August 8, 2026, and Gunesh Bharathiya Foundation emerged as one of the standout recruiters of the event, extending 11 on-spot job Appointments and shortlisting 25 additional candidates for further consideration.
the tentative appointment letters were personally handed over to all eleven selected candidates by Mr. Gunesh Bharathiya, Founder Chairman of Gunesh Bharathiya Foundation, along with Ms. Sri Anagha KR, member of the Foundation’s Advisory Council, marking a proud moment for both the recruits and the organisation.
The occasion carried special significance as Mr. Gunesh Bharathiya is himself an alumnus of Alva’s Education Foundation, having completed his pre-university and degree education there. His return as a recruiting employer was warmly received by the faculty members and deans of Alva’s pre-university and degree colleges, as well as by the institution’s Honourable Chairperson Dr. Mohan Alva and Managing Trustee Mr. Vivek Alva, who expressed happiness at what was described as a true homecoming.
