New Delhi, 8 June 2026. The BJP government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has transformed India’s connectivity through modern national highways and expressways. Social activist Dr. Sarabjeet Singh said that under Union Minister Nitin Gadkari’s guidance, India is setting new benchmarks in road infrastructure.
Dr. Sarabjeet Singh noted that expressways like Delhi-Mumbai, Purvanchal and Bundelkhand have cut inter-city travel time by 40-50%. Built with modern technology, these roads save fuel, reduce accidents, and connect rural villages directly to national growth. FASTag and digital tolling have made travel seamless.
Praising Gadkari’s time-bound execution, Dr. Sarabjit Singh said India now matches global standards in road construction. Logistics hubs along expressways are speeding up freight and strengthening supply chains.
Dr. Sarabjeet Singh added, “PM Modi’s ‘PM Gati Shakti’ vision is visible on the ground today. Under Gadkari ji, our roads have undergone an unprecedented transformation. Better connectivity is powering ‘Ek Bharat-Shreshtha Bharat’ and balanced regional development. Strong road networks will boost tourism and give long-term momentum to our economy.” He called it a clear example of the BJP government’s development-focused governance.
