Arogyamata
In a powerful step toward global wellness awareness, Dr. Tina Dias is bringing forth a visionary non-feature film titled “Arogyamata”, produced under the banner of Ayurecia Production. This inspirational cinematic project aims to spread the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda across the world, showcasing it not just as a system of medicine but as a way of life rooted in balance, authenticity, and conscious living.
Initially released in Konkani, “Arogyamata” will later be adapted into multiple languages to reach a diverse global audience, reflecting its universal message of harmony between body, mind, and spirit. The film’s essence lies in educating viewers to live authentically and consciously, embracing Ayurveda’s timeless principles in their daily lives.
At its heart, Arogyamata promotes the concept of “Reversal by Nature’s Wellness”, highlighting the importance of healthy lifestyle management and preventive care. It
goes beyond the physical — encouraging self-awareness, inner peace, and mindful choices for holistic wellness.
Adding a distinct Goan flavor, the film beautifully integrates the region’s beloved traditional art form — the Tiatr — blending entertainment, family values, humor, and emotional storytelling. This cultural touch not only celebrates Goa’s artistic heritage but also makes Ayurveda’s profound philosophy accessible to all audiences.
Part 2: The Visionaries Behind Arogyamata — Blending Tradition, Culture, and Consciousness

Behind Arogyamata is the indomitable vision of Dr. Tina Caetano Dias, a renowned International Ayurveda Consultant, author, speaker, wellness coach, and nutrition advisor. She is the founder of Dr. Tina Ayurecia Vedicscience Healthcare Pharmainnovations Pvt. Ltd., which manufactures pharmaceuticals, medicinal extracts, botanical products, and cosme-nutraceuticals.
She also leads the Worldwide Research Ayurveda Foundation, dedicated to spreading authentic Ayurveda globally. As part of its social outreach, the foundation organizes events like the Ayurecia Cup, a women’s futsal tournament that champions empowerment and holistic well-being.
Arogyamata — meaning Mother of Health — is deeply personal to Dr. Tina. The film stands as a dream and tribute to her late father, Mr. Caetano Dias, whose legacy continues to inspire her journey in wellness and compassion.
The film introduces Tenecia, a talented young starlet, who brings the soul of Arogyamata to life. Inspired by her grandmother’s legacy as an Ayurveda doctor, Tenecia’s performance marks a memorable debut as a child artist, filled with innocence, conviction, and promise.
The creative brilliance of Fr. Sredny Antao, Director of Arogyamata, has added emotional depth and spiritual resonance to the project. His thoughtful execution, supported by Pascoal Fernandes, a veteran Tiatr director lending linguistic finesse, brings authenticity and warmth to the narrative. The ensemble cast — Skyla Morais, Justiniano Fernandes, Ashlyod Gomes, and Celia Fernandes — delivers vibrant and heartfelt performances that enrich the story.
Supported by prominent health and wellness advocates including Fr. Marvin Vaz, Fr. Leo Periera, and Priyanka Kamat, Arogyamata is more than just a film — it is a
movement toward mindful living and holistic wellness, encouraging humanity to reconnect with nature, culture, and inner peace.
