With an average of 54,000 enthusiastic fans attending each concert, Taylor Swift reportedly rakes in over $13 million per night.

The average ticket price for a Taylor Swift show is $254, a significant amount considering the current concert inflation in the US. But media reports indicate that the actual amount spent by consumers is often higher since resold tickets are priced much higher on the secondary market.
Among the top 25 best-selling shows in the first half of the year, seven of them charge over $200 per night. Notable acts include Bruce Springsteen ($224), Phish ($206), and George Strait ($282).
It’s important to note that a major portion of the revenue generated from ticket sales will be allocated towards production costs, excluding the money earned through merchandise sales during Taylor Swift’s tour. Each Eras tour show lasts over three hours, featuring an impressive list of 44 songs divided into ten separate acts.
Initially, Taylor Swift had planned to perform over 50 shows in the US before heading overseas. She expressed her excitement on Twitter, stating her eagerness to see her fans during The Eras Tour and provided additional information on registrations, pre-sales, and on-sales at TaylorSwift.com/tour.
With these remarkable earnings, Taylor Swift has surpassed the record set by British singer and composer Elton John. Elton John’s Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour became the first tour to exceed the $800 million mark in January of this year. According to Billboard, Elton John has earned an impressive $887 million thus far.
