Dr. S.S. ONYX NATHANAEL NIRMAL RAJ received his Ph.D. in Business Administration – Commerce (Interdisciplinary) from Madras Christian College in Tambaram, Chennai. Affiliated to the University of Madras, Chennai, He is pursuing his Second Ph.D. in Management at SRM University and an MBA (Human Resource & Finance) from Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering & Technology-Affiliated to Anna University with 4.5 years of academic experience. He is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Management Studies at VISTAS. He also has 5 years of experience in research and has published papers in various journals, attended international conferences, and presented papers in many countries. He is the creator of the “Rock Valley Academy” educational YouTube channel.-
He attended various national and international conferences and presented many papers at national and international conferences. His interests include Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Development, Management, Marketing, and Finance.
He has published three patents, five books, and two Scopus, especially in this academic year 2022. He has been awarded the LIFETIME ACHIEVERS AWARD-EXCELLENCE IN TEACHING AWARD OF THE YEAR 2022 by AZHUBHA MANAGEMENT on the 18th.

- Apart from the education field, he is an evangelist, worship leader, singer, music composer, and editor in the Gospel field with the ministry name called “SPIRITUAL ROCK”.
