Earthingkart Solutions
BENGALURU, KARNATAKA – March 6, 2026: Earthingkart Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company recognized for its expertise in electrical safety and earthing systems, has announced its expansion into the eco-hospitality sector. The decision was finalized during a recent board meeting led by Founder and Director Mr. Natwar Loyalka and Director Mr. Mohan Kumar Loyalka. The company plans to establish a collection of premium sustainable home stays, with the first properties scheduled to launch by December 2026.
Marking a significant diversification from its industrial safety roots, Earthingkart aims to create immersive travel experiences that encourage guests to reconnect with nature while enjoying modern comfort. The initiative aligns with the rising popularity of slow travel and eco-conscious tourism, where travelers seek meaningful stays away from urban congestion.
Speaking about the venture, Mr. Natwar Loyalka said that the company’s long-standing philosophy of building strong and reliable foundations will now extend to hospitality. The concept behind the retreats is to create tranquil spaces where visitors can experience nature, sustainability, and mindful living in harmony.
The upcoming properties will be located in two scenic destinations in South India. The first retreat will be developed in Sakleshpur, Karnataka, a picturesque region in the Western Ghats known for its lush coffee plantations and misty hills. The project will focus on eco-agro tourism, offering guests an opportunity to experience plantation life and the cultural richness of the region.

The second property will be developed in Amalgudu, Andhra Pradesh. Designed as a peaceful countryside retreat, the project will combine traditional architecture with modern sustainable construction techniques to provide guests with a unique luxury experience rooted in local culture.
Sustainability will remain central to the development of these projects. The company plans to use eco-friendly construction materials, renewable energy solutions, and advanced safety technologies, while also prioritizing local employment opportunities in the surrounding communities.
Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with the grand opening of the first retreats planned for December 2026.
