The first HRC will open this January at Peravoor, Kannur, marking the start of a large-scale expansion. Over the next three years, the organization plans to establish 500 HRCs across South India. Founder and Chairman Sarayogi Biju Sivanandan describes this as a public health movement rather than a business target, aimed at bringing structured preventive care closer to everyday life.
Technology plays a key role in this approach. Happiness Cosmos LLP is set to introduce the HRC Lifering, a smart fitness ring designed to track vital health indicators and encourage healthier habits, alongside other innovative preventive healthcare devices planned for national rollout.
At the community level, the company is preparing to launch Mission Healthy Kerala, an ambitious campaign to create one lakh health warriors across 1,000 panchayats in collaboration with NGOs and corporate partners. The initiative seeks to build awareness around early screening, lifestyle diseases, and mental well-being, reinforcing the belief that lasting health transformation begins within communities.
Strengthening its innovation capabilities, Happiness Cosmos LLP has signed an MoU with Jin Fusheng Biotechnology, becoming its exclusive strategic partner in India. Founded in 1998, the company is a global leader in graphene-based medical and health technologies, enabling the introduction of advanced, science-backed preventive solutions to the Indian market.
The organization is guided by a purpose-driven leadership team. Alongside Sarayogi Biju Sivanandan, the founding team includes Manoj Rohini, Manikandan P, Surya S Subash, Mohammed Shamseer, Abidha Abdul Rahiman, and Nisha PP.
