The sound of cheers, fast footsteps, and constant movement marked the beginning of the Quidditch tournament on 21st December at L. S. Raheja College, Santacruz. Students from more than 14+ colleges stepped onto the field as different CCs (Contingent Codes), each bringing its own identity and energy to the game.
What stood out instantly was the sight of players running across the field with hockey sticks transformed into magical broomsticks, a creative detail that gave the game its charm and made it unlike any regular sport. The matches were played with a ball, but the real focus was on coordination, quick thinking, and trust between teammates.

The event ran smoothly with well-organised hospitality and medical support. Drinking water, refreshments, and first-aid facilities were available, allowing players to stay comfortable and safe. Volunteers ensured that the matches flowed without interruptions and that teams were guided properly.
As the matches came to an end, the energy on the field grew stronger with every moment. In the final stretch, CC Munna Bhai MBBS emerged as the winners through calm teamwork and steady effort, while CC Baazigar finished as runners-up after a performance that earned genuine appreciation from everyone watching.
The event left behind a sense of excitement and connection on campus, naturally building anticipation for Retake, scheduled to take place on 9th and 10th January, and reminding everyone that sometimes the most memorable moments come from creativity, collaboration, and shared experiences.
