Dr. Sahil Singh
New Delhi, India – Global Feature: At just 30 years of age, Dr. Sahil Singh stands at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, social innovation, and global diplomacy. A trailblazer in India’s emerging tech ecosystem, his contributions extend far beyond software development—into international policy, sustainable development, and humanitarian leadership.
A native of Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, Dr. Singh’s early education in Computer Applications (BCA-MCA) laid the groundwork for a career rich in innovation. He holds over 30 international certifications in Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence, and his work is recognized with an Honorary Doctorate in AI.
He began his journey with India’s National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) under the Ministry of Communications and IT, and went on to serve as P.S. to Minister Kunwar Pranav Singh Champion in Uttarakhand’s government during 2016–17. This experience ignited his passion for integrating public policy with digital transformation.
Dr. Singh is the Founder of Komad Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Chairman of Komad IT Solutions UAE, through which he has led initiatives in cloud computing, blockchain, and digital marketing. His companies provide global solutions in cybersecurity, enterprise software, and e-governance frameworks.
His commitment to humanitarian causes is equally noteworthy. He was appointed Ambassador for the Pan African Intergovernmental Agency on Water and Sanitation (WSA AFRICA), where he worked toward expanding water security across underserved African regions. Today, he serves in a pivotal role as Ambassador for Strategic Partnerships and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) at IIMSAM—an intergovernmental institution dedicated to ending malnutrition through the promotion of Spirulina.
As an Intergovernmental Observer to the UN ECOSOC, Dr. Singh actively collaborates with global stakeholders to further diplomacy-backed development models. His network spans esteemed bodies like ISOC, IET (UK), NSPE (USA), and IAENG (Hong Kong).
