Satpuda College Of Engineering & Polytechnic, Balaghat achieved yet another milestone by
organizing a successful open campus placement drive in collaboration with Subros Limited, Pune —
a leading manufacturer of automotive air conditioning systems.
The drive was conducted at the Satpuda campus, attracting over 120 candidates from various
districts of Madhya Pradesh and even from other states. Candidates included diploma students from
government and private polytechnic institutions across the region.
The recruitment process was led by Ms. Sonia Maan (Assistant HR Manager, Subros Ltd.) and Ms.
Stuti Parashar, who conducted written tests and personal interviews. After a thorough evaluation
process, 96 students were selected and offered on-roll permanent jobs at Subros Pune.
This placement drive was a part of Satpuda College’s ongoing commitment to building strong
industry linkages and offering real job opportunities to students. As a significant step forward, an
MoU was also signed between Satpuda College Of Engineering & Polytechnic and Subros Limited,
ensuring future collaborations, placement pipelines, and skill enhancement initiatives.
