A Journey Rooted in Experience and Ambition
With over 15 years of rich experience in India’s garment industry, Shruthi has worked with acclaimed fashion retailers like Showoff, Brand Factory, and Bharat Silks. In 2024, she took a bold step and launched her own venture, Bhava Smart Solutions, with operations registered in both India and the United Kingdom (under the name Fitsyou Creative).
This move marked the beginning of a journey that blends design innovation with social empowerment — a combination rarely seen in today’s business landscape.
A Trio of Brands with Purpose
Under Mrs. Shruthi’s creative direction, Bhava Smart Solutions manages three distinct fashion brands:
- Bhava – Focused on traditional wear, party attire, and wedding outfits for both brides and grooms, designed personally by Shruthi.
- Fitsyou – A global fashion brand that imports products from the UK, USA, and China, tailored for Indian tastes.
- Shruthi Fashions – A line that embodies her signature aesthetics and years of technical expertise.
Together, these brands are redefining ethnic and fusion fashion for modern India. And soon, with the launch of e-commerce platforms — fitsyou.in and bhavass.com — on August 15, 2025, her collections will be available across India and internationally.
A Family-Driven Enterprise with Deep Roots
Bhava Smart Solutions is more than just a business — it’s a family legacy in the making. Shruthi credits her success to her parents (Meena M and Markandeya K), her supportive husband Santosh N, and her brother Mr. Sujay, who is also a restaurateur and gaming club owner. Most remarkably, her 11-year-old daughter Ms. Charishma has already stepped in as a co-founder — proving that entrepreneurship truly runs in the family.
Empowerment Beyond Fashion: Stitching Change
What sets Mrs. Shruthi apart is her commitment to social change. She is closely associated with Ashrithjeevan Foundation, through which she donates unsold or excess garments to transgender communities. But her support goes beyond charity — she mentors these individuals in design, branding, and boutique management so they can build self-sustaining fashion businesses.
Her Self-Help Group (SHG) model has become a beacon of hope for both women and transgender individuals, helping them open small manufacturing and tailoring units, especially in Bangalore, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.
Education for All: The Sankalp Vision
Shruthi Santosh is also the force behind SANKALP EDUCATION, a not-for-profit initiative helping Indian students explore international education opportunities. Through this program, she offers career guidance and global college placement support.
Her philanthropy extends further: Sankalp also runs a school in Hyderabad that provides free education to underprivileged children — a cause she continues to fund and support personally.
A Global Dream in Motion
With a mission to open 40–100 boutique stores across India, the UK, and the USA, Mrs. Shruthi is actively expanding her brand’s footprint. She and her brother Sujay will soon travel to the UK in July 2025 to formally set up their international office, paving the way for global retail expansion.
Her journey, from a middle-class girl with dreams to a fashion visionary, is proof that hard work, heart, and a helping hand can change lives — not just one’s own, but of an entire community.
