Mukesh Mishra, 33 year’s old national level Karate athlete who has participated in numerous championships across the country since year 2008 to 2016, is now using his expertise to train the next generation of champions.
At the young age of 16, he started learning karate under the guidance of Sawan Kumar in District Darbhanga, Bihar. His dedication and hard work paid off as he quickly rose through the ranks and became a national athlete. However, Mishra’s thirst for knowledge and desire to excel led him to Delhi, where he joined XMA India under the guidance of Aniket Gupta (Captain of National Karate Team).
Under the tutelage of Aniket Gupta, Mukesh Mishra honed his skills and gained a deeper understanding of Kumite & Kata forms. He also developed a passion for teaching so after completion of his Bachelor in Business Administration from SMU , he completed Bachelor’s in Physical Education from Amravati University and decided to use his expertise to train future champions. With his experience as a Karate athlete and his knowledge of Sports, Mishra is able to provide a well-rounded training program for his students.
Mishra’s decided to open his own martial arts school in year 2017, named “Karate School Darbhanga“, to offer training in Karate form of martial arts under the technical support and guidance of the “State Karate Association of Bihar”, from since to till date his students shown promising results, with many of them winning medals in various Karate competitions like National Federation Championships, National School Games, All India Inter University Games & many other goodwill Championships. His dedication and commitment to his students have earned him the respect and admiration of the sports community. As he continues to train and shape future champions.
