The regional governor of Russia’s Bryansk region, which borders Ukraine, said on Monday that a Ukrainian drone attack damaged a power supply facility, but there were no casualties.
“A Ukrainian drone attack was carried out on the Klimovsky district this morning,” Governor Alexander Bogomaz said on Telegram.
“All emergency services have arrived. The power supply facility was damaged as a result of the strike, and there is no power.”
