Pratima wants to build up her business and currently working on this, she already started her own Export company during her 1st year of MBA.
What are Pratima Vitthal Jadhav some greatest milestones in her life journey?
She was Awarded by Ex Member of parliament & MLA of Solapur Mr. Subhash Deshmukh as well as MLA of Mangalwedha Mr. Samadhan Awatade for selected Federal Bank Scholarship in which only 20 students selected from India & 5 students selected from Maharashtra based on merit. and congratulated by Federal Bank as well. She was called as a Guest to deliver a guidance lecture for Agriculture students. She started her own Export company during her Masters’s degree studies. She achieved 1st rank in Hydroponics Farming Program with 94% marks, and also achieved the first rank in PGP-Agribusiness Management. She had Completed an Indo-Israel project training at Hariyana.
What is the learning from the challenges she has faced and how did she overcome them?
Do not let your weak points let you down. always try to convert your weak points into your strength. with that spirit in life, you always grow up.
She always says that doesn’t matter whatever the situation may be, always be focused on your goal and work hard for that because situations are not permanent but the results are !!! PATIENCE is the key that always brings the best output- it’s the process just be calm and trust the process and always be positive, creative, energetic, and never lose HOPE. Surround yourself with the people who are always pushing you and motivate you in your weak situations and support you rather than judge you. Because the way to success is not easy tremendous obstacles are waiting but always trying and that one positive ray of support is enough to bounce you back. Never be part of the crowd, create your UNIQUE identity and change the nation with your ideas and create history.
