Dr. M.K. Bhan feels proud to have Martand Tirath as his birthplace in the valley of Kashmir. He is presently working as a Principal at IDPS Shopian. He has been administering and teaching in most reputed CBSE schools of the country since 1990, besides having assumed the roles of director of counseling and alumni relations, academics, tutoring, mentoring and coaching, etc. Her educational background includes H.Doctorate, P.G. in Education, English, Hindi, Pub. Admin., M.Ed. PGDGC/ DIP. in Painting / Gen. Art / Fine Art and CCCE.He is the recipient of various State, National and Global awards in art, literature, education, social work, and cultural fields. He has attended many national and international seminars and conferences besides working on important positions and successfully performed the duties of conducting academic and professional entrance examinations of JKBOSE, JNV, OLYMPIAD FOUNDATIONS, and CBSE, New Delhi.

What is the learning from the challenges he has faced and how did he overcome them?
He has learned and experienced many things from the challenges that He met during his academic career. He was guided by his strong foundation, principles, and desire to achieve greatness. From being a strong listener to investing in his growth, as a principal, He played a huge role in how to run the school successfully under his leadership. His leadership is one of the most highly cited determinants of the school’s overall success. Of course, it takes strong teachers and motivated students to do well, but at the top, he decided on the school’s culture and programs.
His Educational Philosophy The following principles guided him to succeed in an educational environment and also proved a milestone to lead his entire team enthusiastically and motivationally for organizational growth on all fronts: He believes that success is never final and failure never fatal. He always keeps an empathetic attitude towards others. Stronger willpower and a disciplined life help him to strive harder with a passion to achieve his pre-planned academic objectives. A tremendous amount of perseverance and positivism helped him to perform in a better way and set an example for others to follow. Self-confidence and ultimate faith in the Almighty has shown him the right path and developed a belief that He can create possibilities out of impossible things. Besides being a patient listener and good communicator, His patriotic fervor makes me a perfect administrator, civilized citizen, and good human being. Human values, beliefs, and broad vision are the basis of my work and he always remains motivated for the realization of achievable dreams. he understands the moral responsibility and social obligations toward the future generation.
