Vidhyadevi is from Salem Tamil Nadu. She is a Teacher at The Indian Public School with 12 years of experience on CBSE, Cambridge, and IB boards. Basically, she works as a Software Engineer, completed her B.Ed., and had a Post-Graduation in HR. Along with her degree, She has a PG diploma in Gym and Fitness Instructor. There are 2 members of her family her husband and a son. Her hobbies are reading books, listening to music, and traveling.
What are Vidhyadevi A some greatest milestones in her life journey?
There were so many greatest milestones in her life If we looks back at her journey till now, it is an ordinary one yet precious to me as every step was her own, whether they be her mistakes or accomplishments.
She had experienced both ups and downs at the same time in her life. My first milestone is placed in a reputed MNC company at the campus itself. There she felt that we need interpersonal skill rather than studies. And she strongly believes that she was a good leader and organizer.
And she got enrolled herself in many NGOs like JCI, World Council for Women’s Rights to service people and environment.
What is the learning from the challenges she has faced and how did she overcome them?
Learning to Let Go – is really one of the most difficult tasks for her when she had tough times in her life. But after she started following this policy, she was feeling easy in both family and work area.
Self- Evaluation- To explore the true self. Many occasions She felt that She is being used by someone for their benefit. So She has analyzing the issues brought by others and acts to her knowledge
Her problem-solving skills are a positive factor. She serving as a District Deputy Secretary in World Council for Women’s Rights for the past 1 year and She involves herself in various welfare activities for women. She is an active member of JCI India and completed many UNSDG goals as Project Chairman. She is also a committee member in Salem Library, Swarnapuri branch. She has always been a creative person who wrote short poems ( Tamil) about the things which she admire. She got the most job satisfaction from creating new content every day as She is a blogger too. “Her friends and colleagues would describe me as a straightforward and honest person. A lot of people also tell me that they like her confidence and friendliness. She make sure to let her friends know that they can count on her.
