What is the learning from the challenges Arnab Basu has faced and how did he overcome them?
Leaving a coveted job in the most prestigious consulting firm and following the passion of entrepreneurship had in itself thrown a lot of challenges. One thing that keeps him going is understanding not to equate your salary with business earnings as it is not a continuous flow at the start and if you can come out of that thinking and start focussing on the impact you can create, you would be catapulting yourself to a wonderful journey whose destination is way beyond what you can ever imagine and it’s going to be satisfying and fascinating journey after that.
How imbibing a growth mindset helped him to shred his inhibitions and helped him learn new things with an effort that he had never even tried before helped him become more confident and successful in his demeanor and performance – personally and professionally He wants to highlight this to the Parents and students that put effort and you will succeed, maybe it will take time but if you put in the consistent and intelligent effort you will eventually succeed.
