About Shridhar Beese
Shridhar Beese is Ph.D. Research Scholar belongs to Haveri (Karnataka State). He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Horticulture, Specialization In Floriculture and Landscape Architecture at the University of Dr. Y S Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry Solan (Himachal Pradesh) and he also completed his Master’s in Horticulture from SHUATS Prayagraj(Uttar Pradesh) and graduation from University of Horticultural Sciences Bagalkot( Karnataka). Now he is doing Doctoral research on “Studies on cutting production of novel mutants of Carnation flower under the organic and inorganic fertilization system” under protected conditions.
What are Shridhar Beese some greatest milestones in his life journey?
He has received many awards and also attended 3 International conferences and 4 National Conferences, Workshops, etc which are held at different places in India. and also published 2 original Research papers and master’s research articles are published in the Times of India (TOI) and Hindustan Times. Some of the awards are, received by him.
- He won the Best Research Scholar award-2021 by ATDS Uttar Pradesh For his M.Sc Research work
- He won the Best Poster Presentation award -2018 by EIAEASSD Prayagraj.
- He also got Awarded ICAR- National Talent Scholarship in -2018
- He has got Second Rank in Master’s in Horticulture -2020
- He cleared ICAR -SRF exam with All India Rank 5 (SC)-2020
- He also Cleared ASRB- NET 2022 And also he is guiding many farmers in different parts of India in organic
What is the learning from the challenges Shridhar Beese has faced and how did he overcome them?
He faced many problems in his life throughout the journey, Firstly He came from middle-class family background his father is a farmer and his mother is a housewife. He don’t have enough money to pursue higher studies He faced financial aid but never give up his entire family, especially his mother stood with him to get to a top-ranked agriculture university to pursue his doctoral studies so He had cleared the All India examination (ICAR-SRF) with Rank 5 (SC-Cat) and also He had faced climate issues as well as health, food problems because He has completed his studies in different parts of India
Being a Researcher Patience, hard work, confidence, and self-belief are very important. So “just believe in the process, not in the result” and also grow with the flow not go with the flow. Hard work always pays off
